The service
Layr generates AI catalogue imagery from images you upload. You provide clothing item photos and optional brand assets; the service returns professional fashion photography featuring AI-generated models wearing your garments.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must hold the rights to every image you upload — do not upload images you do not own or have a licence to use.
Ownership
You retain ownership of the images you upload. You also own the catalogue images the service generates for you. By using the service you grant Layr a limited licence to process and store those images solely to operate and improve the service on your behalf.
Acceptable use
Use of the service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Payment
Layr may be offered with both free and paid plans. We will announce any pricing with advance notice, and you will never be charged without your explicit consent.
Disclaimers
AI output quality is not guaranteed. Results vary based on the quality of images you provide, the garment type, and the generation settings chosen. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Layr's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You may delete your account from Settings, which immediately removes your account and all associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
