Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited uses

You may not use Layr in any way that violates applicable law or harms others. The following are explicitly prohibited:

• Uploading photos of identifiable real people without their explicit consent.
• Uploading images you do not own or do not have the rights to use commercially.
• Generating content that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or sexually explicit.
• Using the service to impersonate real individuals or brands.

Enforcement

Layr may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy. We reserve the right to remove content that we determine, in our sole discretion, breaches these rules or applicable law.
