Digital service
Layr sells image-generation credits as pay-per-collection shot packs — there is no subscription. These are digital products delivered instantly to your account, with no physical shipment. Every account starts with a free first shoot, so you can try the service and judge the output quality before you pay anything.
Credit packs
Credits that have been used to generate images cannot be refunded, because the compute has already been spent producing your images. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase if none of the pack has been consumed — contact us with your order ID and we will reverse the payment to your original payment method, less any non-recoverable payment-gateway fees.
Failed generations
If a generation fails on our side, the credit for that image is automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged for an image the service did not deliver.
No auto-renewal
Packs are a one-time purchase — nothing renews automatically and you are never charged on a recurring basis. You only pay when you choose to buy another pack, so there is no subscription to cancel.
How to request a refund
Email hello@layrstudio.in from the address on your account, with your order or payment ID and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days; the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
