Layr ("we", "us") provides an AI fashion-photography service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it.

Data we collect

Account information (name, email), images you upload (clothing items, brand assets), images we generate for you, and usage and diagnostic logs (including IP address) used for rate-limiting and reliability.

How we use it

To operate the service: authenticate you, generate your catalogue images, enforce fair-use limits, and monitor reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

We share data with trusted infrastructure and AI processors — including our hosting, database, and image-generation providers — strictly to deliver the service.

AI-generated content

Models and images produced by the service are AI-generated. They are not photographs of real people.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Error monitoring (Sentry) does not set cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes your account and all associated data and files. To exercise other rights, contact us.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data and uploaded files are removed.
